Applications are invited for 2019 PSL Postdoctoral Fellowships for International Students in France. Applications are open for international students to pursue Postdoctoral degree at PSL Research University in the 2019-20 academic year.
Paris Observatory is one of the largest astronomical centers in the world with 650 permanent staff out of a total of 1000 personnel and 840 publications per year. It represents one-third of French astronomy with teams covering a wide range of fields and participating in the largest instrumental, theoretical/numerical and experimental projects of modern astronomy.
The aim of this scholarships is to encourage and support academically able and talented students.

The gross monthly salary for a full-time position amounts to roughly 2,630 €. Successful candidates will also benefit of the attractive French system for full health insurance and retirement pension.
