The Scientific Research Honor Society invites for research grants in the USA. These awards are available for applicants from all over the world.
The aim of the program is to promote public engagement with science, and to fostering the next generation of researchers.
The program will provide up to $ 1,000 to students in all areas of science and engineering. Nominated funds from the National Academy of Sciences allow $ 5,000 for astronomy research and $ 2,500 for vision-related research. Students use funds to pay travel expenses for the purchase of required non-standard laboratory equipment to meet a research site or to undertake a specific research project.

Eligible Course or Subjects: These opportunities are awarded in all areas of the sciences and engineering.
Eligibility Criteria: Undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in degree-seeking programs may apply. Membership in Sigma Xi is not required to apply, although applicants who are dues-paying members or whose project advisor are dues-paying a member of Sigma Xi are more likely to be fully funded if their application is highly rated.
